30th Anniversary 1961 SG Custom Reissue (1991)

This model commemorates the 30th anniversary of the SG's introduction in 1961. Uses SG-62 body and pickguard design. Production was limited to 300 units. Note: These are not Custom Shop models.

25th Anniversary 1967 SG Custom Reissue (1991-1992)

Unlike the contemporary SG Custom, this model used the body of the SG Standard and a Batwing pickguard. Note: These are not Custom Shop models.

A similar model called the SG Classic Custom was released in 2007.

100th Anniversary Edition EDS-1275 (1994)

This was part of Gibson's 100th Anniversary Series released in 1994, with a different guitar featured each month, limited to 100 units each. Numbering was sequential from 1894-1994 in celebration of Gibson's Centennial Anniversary. For example, 1894 -7 would denote the first example made in that month's series.  The 7 represents May, the month it was released, because two months were skipped, so the numbers go up to 14 instead of 12.

10th Anniversary Historic SG Custom (2003)

Released in 2003 as a part of a collection of four guitars in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Custom Shop. Production was limited to only 40 units. One is owned by Les Paul and another by Slash.
